Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY. To Cancel, you must first sign up as a member by selecting "view bookings" located underneath the salon services tab and follow the prompts. You will be given the option to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling / Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Deposits are Non-Refundable. If you fail to cancel/ reschedule or decide not to show at all, this will effect the possibility of you scheduling future appointments. Deposits are Not transferable. No refunds. No exceptions. Emails, Phone calls or any other form of contact is not accepted for cancellations. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
