We are excited to be opening our doors again, however, we implementing new guidelines designed to keep all clients and staff safe. As we navigate this situation we are asking for your patience and if you are uncomfortable with coming into the salon, simply call or message our staff. We want you to know we appreciate your business and we want every client to feel healthy, safe, and comfortable coming into our salon.
New Guidelines for Staff
All stylists will:
Have their temperatures taken before entering the building.
Wear a face covering.
Comply to capacity requirements.
Disinfect all equipment and furniture that comes in direct contact with any individual.
Have a hand sanitizing station at each work site.
Maintain a record of client’s visits and health questionnaires.
New Guidelines for Clients
Clients cannot bring additional guests to their visit.
Children may not visit the salon unless they have an appointment.
The waiting area has been removed, so clients may be asked to wait in their vehicles as we sanitize our work station between clients.
To enter, clients must call the salon upon arrival and you will be greeted at the door.
Before entering the building, clients are to complete the health questionnaire at the time of arrival. Once the stylist electronically receives the completed form, they will contact the client, and ask them to come to the entrance to have their temperature checked. Any client with a temperature higher than 100 will not be serviced or allowed inside the salon.
All clients who state in their health questionnaire that they have come into contact with COVID-19, or have experienced symptoms will be rescheduled. Doing so will protect the stylist, and the salon, of any experience they may have with any Coronavirus and its symptoms.
If you are not comfortable having your temperature checked, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Once inside you will be directed to wash/sanitize your hands.
Clients will be required to wear their own mask, preferably a mask with straps that loop around your ear not your head.
If at any point there is a concern about a client or stylist not feeling well, or has a rise in temperature, clients with pending appointments will be contacted immediately and Lady Shae will go into a 14-day quarantine.
The salon will do its best to keep lines of communication open and, in return, we will expect the same from our clients. If you feel you have been exposed please contact the salon, and do not visit our building for 14 days.
In an effort to make our clients to feel comfortable during this process, we want to hear what is important to you! If something is not on this list and you feel should be please tell us! We would love to hear from you and look forward to seeing you soon.
